Le projet, supervis\u00e9 par la Banque centrale n\u00e9erlandaise, devrait voir le jour au second semestre 2026.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">L\u2019objectif est clair : r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance aux stablecoins domin\u00e9s par les acteurs am\u00e9ricains et offrir une alternative locale plus align\u00e9e avec le cadre l\u00e9gal europ\u00e9en.
