Sur le plan technique, il faut g\u00e9rer les p\u00e9riodes de blocage, les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s potentielles (slashing) et la variabilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9compenses. Sur le plan r\u00e9glementaire, les autorit\u00e9s doivent encore d\u00e9cider si les rendements de staking doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9s comme des revenus financiers, des dividendes, ou autre.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">En somme, sans cadre clair, les \u00e9metteurs d\u2019ETF pourraient h\u00e9siter \u00e0 proposer de tels produits. D\u00e8s lors, cela rendrait les m\u00e9canismes de validation et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 blockchain invisibles pour l\u2019investisseur classique. Dans le m\u00eame temps, cela canaliserait une part significative du capital institutionnel vers l\u2019infrastructure m\u00eame du Web3.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">De plus, cela pourrait aussi poser la question de la concentration. Si quelques gestionnaires de fonds institutionnels d\u00e9tiennent de vastes quantit\u00e9s d\u2019ETH en staking, cela pourrait centraliser les pouvoirs de validation.
