Elle l\u2019accuse de n\u00e9gligence grave dans la gestion de plusieurs biens. La n\u00e9gligence a conduit \u00e0 des infestations de rongeurs, \u00e0 la d\u00e9composition structurelle.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">De plus, aucune des centaines de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s acquises par RealToken LLC et ses filiales ne poss\u00e8de le certificat de conformit\u00e9 requis, et la plupart sont en \u00e9tat de d\u00e9labrement. Cependant, ils d\u00e9couvrent avec amertume les carences de gestion sur le terrain.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">L&rsquo;absence de transparence sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat r\u00e9el des logements pose probl\u00e8me. De m\u00eame, le manque d&rsquo;informations pr\u00e9cises sur les conditions d&rsquo;habitation alimente un malaise croissant. 46% des nouveaux d\u00e9tenteurs de tokens utilisent la fonctionnalit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Walletless\u00a0\u00bb lanc\u00e9e au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2022, facilitant l&rsquo;investissement par carte de cr\u00e9dit. Ce contraste entre les promesses num\u00e9riques et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s physiques provoque un profond sentiment de trahison.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Par ailleurs, certains investisseurs commencent \u00e0 douter de la pertinence de la tokenisation immobili\u00e8re dans des zones aussi fragiles. RealT propose aux investisseurs internationaux une \u00ab\u00a0propri\u00e9t\u00e9 fractionn\u00e9e de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de D\u00e9troit repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es sous forme de tokens num\u00e9riques\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Toutefois, les enqu\u00eates men\u00e9es par des m\u00e9dias locaux r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 bien diff\u00e9rente. Ces logements pr\u00e9sentent des conditions dangereuses et sont souvent inhabitables.
